RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, we have everything covered. All products for returns or refunds must be returned within 10 days after receipt of the purchase and must be new. We can not accept the items that have been used or washed. It must be attached to the original packaging and labels.

FAULTY GOODS

387/5000 We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality garments, but we understand that manufacturing failures may arise from time to time. If you think you have received a product that has a manufacturing error, send an email to info@gabellotti.com. We know you will love using our kits, however, items damaged by use will not be considered defective.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

328/5000 We understand that you can not guarantee the condition in which the products you send us back will arrive, so be careful to pack them well to ensure they are protected against damage during transit. For all inquiries about returns or refunds, contact us! info@gabellotti.com

Please note: We can not accept returns for purchases made outside the Gabellotti.com website. All refunds processed will cover the cost of the original items returned. Shipping fees will not be included in the refunds.
